The food here was delicious with a wide selection of dishes on the menu, I would recommend this place and look forward to returning again.

This hotel is big size with caring and very friendly staff and DELICIOUS food. Great value and hearty breakfast, with plenty of food. Simply no reason to complain, perfectly pleasant stay.

Staff were fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable. Close to the beach and easy walk to the sights!

The only thing was that the walls were extremely thin but it's not a complaint, just made us feel a bit uncomfortable traveling with two very young kids!

The room was bright and brand-new, with a balcony, and the staff were super friendly and helpful with requests. The hotel is located relatively close to a beautiful Revival cathedral, making it a great location....  

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful in advising us what to do, places to eat. Family room was spacious and private. Easy car access and parking included. Breakfast was good value for money....  

Very helpful staff. Willing to work through language barrier to answer questions. Hotel is a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 10-15 minute walk to the lively part of town. Parking is easy and free.

Security was not the best. Guests leave their room key at the front desk when they leave the hotel for the day and are not requested to show an id upon getting it back, even when it's a new member of staff. It's a little too casual and it's unnerving knowing anyone could gain access to your room if they really wanted to.

The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast offered good value with marmalade, juice, and cheese.

Hotel is more like a guesthouse run by a family, who were very helpful and obliging. It is away from the hustle and bustle of downtown San Sebastion about 15 minutes walk. Good restaurants/bars close by, and not as pricey as downtown....  

The hotel has a parking. Also, breakfast is very personal and nice. The location is excellent, if you want to discover San Sebastian on foot.

The location of this place is excellent, situated in a quiet area near the old town, great restaurants, the beach, and beautiful grounds.
